plexus plugin for vista... so it works on uptodate OS

made 2 animations and published to our website where they used to work fine (as far as we knew).... then came vista....

the feed back is, that the publications wont load if browsing on a vista OS machine.... cus the only available IO from DW website download centre, isnt accepted.....

..... as vista is the 'latest' OS.... is there to be a ressolve so publications can be browsed on vista machines?

Hi Stephen,

I myself and some of my customers have the same problems. Sadly there is very poor reaction from DW belonging this problem.

It's now about a year that Vista was released (and for developers it was available month before that), but DW is still unable to provide an installer and a plugin that is fully compatible to Vista.

I wonder why that is because they do a very good work belonging other parts of Opus. So please DW: Solve these problems. They generate a lot of problems with our customers. For everybody who uses Opus not just for fun the compatibility to Vista is vital!

I found this messege from DW admin..... and it does not allow reply because it is locked......
*the statement says ''should not imapact''... but it obviously does

As far as we are aware theses changes should not impact any publications made with Opus and we have had no reported problems with publications running under Vista.

DW Support

I love innovation and problem solving to 'progress' with thiese types of software tooled communication work.... so can understand that DW has a hurdle to overcome, because MS has altered some fundermentals.... but I would rather here of the 'attempt' to ressolve this, than the silence and distance that seems apparent.
Look forward to a ressolve..... and some feedback from DW.
