Hi,

Can you please add scripting for Drag & Drop and more trigger actions. Currently find the D&D very limiting when trying to do scripting. If you could add a drop anywhere trigger.

IsObjectIntersecting() is a good function, but if it could return more than true or false. If there was also a tolerance return, if the percentage of objects intersecting was returned. Would enable a threshold, so if greater than 60% drop, else error, or what ever threshold the programmer wanted to set.

The IsObjectIntersecting may be the best method of implementing D&D via scripting but current true false is too limiting.

That's a good idea.

Another thing.

Add a Trigger,
-This Object Removed

Currently as remove trigger can only be set on the drop zone, I would like it to be enabled too for a drag object. This would enable cloned items in script to work better, see my post in Advance.

Opus: Evolution
Whilst the drag and drop tools of Opus may appear slightly limited at first, once you become accustomed to how they work, apply some creative designing and if necessary script the functionality you require - then you realise that they are extremely powerful.

They do work with clones and even issues such as layering can be resolved to create highly functional solutions.

I do agree, it is very powerful.
