Would it be possible to have an option to publish using a different name rather than the one displayed in the tree? I'm thinking primarily of being able to output a HTML5 publication as index.htm rather than the publication name.

Two little things:

1. Can we extended the size of the font box. A lot of font names, especially using HTML5 seem to be truncated.

2. Could we have a variable that tracks the number of times a publication has been published - would be really useful as we output to HTML5 rather than preview and it saves doing a version manually.
