 Post subject: scroll functions smooth

I'd like to see a smooth addition to the scroll functions.

Like when you just want to scroll 2 lines, that i can do that smooth.
Now i use scripting with the setScrollPosition function. But somehow i cant get it working to just scroll exactly two lines, for a couple of times.
