I am used to work with Office 2007 and one thing I really like is the instant preview what a marked text looks like even when the mouse cursor is only above a relevant menu item.
So you can see what a text passage will look like if you would! give it a special format. This works with fonts, colors and some other settings.
I would appreciate to see this in Opus too.
