Opus: 8
OS: W7 Pro
System: Dell Precision T5500, 8 core Dual Xeon 2.13 GHz, 24 GB RAM, All SSD drives
Two minor, but annoying issues:

One: Opus is very persnickety about resolution changes. Foobars it every time with an "Exception Unknown" on every machine I've ever used it on. Perhaps it's due to something inherently unfixable but if not please fix.

Two: Opus requires at least dual monitors for serious work. It NEVER remembers menu placement and they are always stacked hanging over to the main monitor and have to be replaced each new session. It would be nice if they would stay put, and even nicer if made "sticky" like Photoshop menus where they dock to each other nice and clean.

Opus: Pro 9.75

System: MacBook Pro (Intel 2020)
Can you provide more details, version of Opus you are using and Windows version.

I've been using Opus with dual display for two years now and never had any problems with running either Opus, or published publications. Opus always remembers toolbar placements on my setup.

I've dual display on two systems, Windows XP running 1680x1050 and 1440x900, and a Windows 7 system running at 1440x900 and 2048x1152. No problems on either system.
