When I have the Pub set up to 'Display in Window' with Title Bar etc., and the Border option set to 'resizable' -- the User does not see a Cursor change when hovering on the Border. Makes it awkward to resize the window.
Normally Windows' windows show a dual-arrow Cursor to indicate that this edge or border can be dragged for resizing. It would be great to have Opus pick-up that convention.
BTW... my observations were only in Preview mode and pub type is Full Opus Prof. & Win Vista32.
