I'd like to be able to search the forums for any posts that have attachements - is that possible

I'm trying to make a list of all the things people have posted as a start towards the component exchange idea.. perhaps download them and host them seperately - what do others think?

Hi Craig,

This functionality is partly implemented, but I am currently working on a way to integrate this into the standard search and forum views.

In the meantime, you can view lists of attachments in each forum using the following links:

The Lounge: attachments.php?f=3
The Showcase: attachments.php?f=9
The Wishlist: attachments.php?f=11
Presenter: attachments.php?f=5
Basics: attachments.php?f=6
Advanced: attachments.php?f=4
Tutorials: attachments.php?f=13
Collaborations: attachments.php?f=17

Please note that you will only be able to view attachments if you are currently logged into the forum.

Kind regards,

Um, not to be too grabby, but you are going to acknowledge the users who've posted such snippets aren't you?

I was hoping that if the idea was popular enough- that maybe it could be part of the forums here?

There's no way I'd want to take credit for someone elses work. If it happened to me I'd be really upset.

Do you think it would be useful? Maybe I should do a poll?
