Hi, I wonder if someone can help me out here... I'm trying to achieve a page curl effect going 'back a page' in Opus Creator but I get a black screen appearing before the page image. I'm using 150 for page on and 240 for page off. I realise Opus is playing both transitions, but cannot work out a solution for this.

I've included an attachment with 3 example pages: page 4 & 5 are using the 'forward curl' for both next page and previous page, and page 6 uses the 'back curl' which is giving me sooooo much trouble.

Is there a way of getting around this by perhaps assigning an action to the 'previous page' button? It's probably me being thick. he he.

I've left this reply a couple of days hoping that perhaps somebody with Creator might have a better answer. My solution is a work around (and a guess) as I'm using Opus VI and personally employ a different method when designing books for clients.

Basically, you create your book as per normal, but you then create a duplicate set of pages for the 'previous page' button to link to: EG

P1 - goes forward to P2
P1b - goes forward to P2
P2 - goes backwards to P1b
P2 - goes forward to P3
P2b - goes forward to P3
P3 - goes backwards to P2b
P3 - goes forward to P4
P3b - goes forward to P3

You then simply set the appropriate page transition for default (right to left curl) or b (left to right curl) page.

This is quiet simple to setup and can be done using standard actions in Opus (an I assume Creator).
