When I started to work again on a existing ànd working publication by opening the file in the program and try to run the publication whitin the program I've got a error message "Structured Exception: c0000005 processing". The publication did not work. The publication was tested yesterday before closing the program and all worked fine. I have no idea where to find a solution for this problem. I did not get any positive result in searching for the error message. Anybody any idea what this can be and what to do about it? |

Contacting them this way gives them your the system and technical environment info. Other users/developers here in the forum may know something and will respond, so do check back on it. I do not have the Creator program, but use OpusPro. I suggest you try opening other previous pubs you've developed to determine if it is the app or the working file. Good luck. |

Make sure you update Creator - as your profile suggests you're on version 8.03 not 8.10. Restart the computer and run Creator before anything to see if that helps. Make sure the files are on a local drive rather than network. Check the publication folder and carefully isolate any useful files - IE you may have a backup that you can use get rid of anything temporary that Opus has created that you don't need. Try on a different machine. If all of these don't work, then as Lar says, send DW an email and probably a zip of the problematic publication if not to big. You could also post it here and I'm sure somebody will try an open it. Mack |
