"The (U.K.) government is encouraging ventures to move to "Tech City," a 4-mile-long zone stretching from Shoreditch to Stratford, the neighborhood at the heart of the 2012 Olympic Games. Part of a media center that was built for the event may be turned into a home for startups afterward."
