This is a venting post:
I have written 5 requests for UPGRADE PRICING from Opus ver. 2.x to 4.x in USD (US Dollars).
I have gotten 5 different aswers: here is the Euro Price, but sorry we do not know what the price would be in USD. (HUH??)
You sell a product in the US and yet Customer Support has no data on what the cost of upgrade is in US Dollars ...?? I just found that most frustrating, to say the least ... they didn't even bother to say, "hey (we) will check this out and get a price for you in the next few days..." or something to that effect. Nope just we don't know and basically the unsaid side was, "we don't care..." by the lack of being willing to follow-up.
Sigh .............
