I just wanted to share my 2 cents on how nice it is to have a product that is actually well supported by its company. Like many people, I use many different software tools in my day to day activities. With all of them there are times when I need help, have a problem error etc. It is often very difficult to get answers and many times companies try and charge to get what should be standard support. I am continually impressed with the support that I get from Digital Workshop. These forums have been extremely helpful and, although there is great help from other users, the staff is always watching and willing to help as well. In addition, I recently took advantage of the email help. Not only did I recieve a response in less than 24 hrs but it contained the answer I needed to fix the problem and move on (thanks Brenden!).
Thanks to all of the helpful staff here and please keep up the good work as it really does matter.
