Digital Workshop

This morning I could not log in using the latest version of Firefox. Usernames and passwords were not accepted.

Worked OK in Internet Explorer.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Hi Ray - no problem here - I check in most days, and use Firefox which is always updated to the latest version.

Before installing new equipment, I had no problems logging in with Firefox. This morning, as I reported, no go. Mid-afternoon, Firefox logged me in. For this session I had to use IE.

I tried several times to access this Forum this morning without success. I even went to the DW website and tried to come in through their Support link. Again, it didn't work.

I emailed Brenden, telling him their was a problem. Tried to get to this Forum after several down hours, and obviously, it's now working. I don't think this was a problem at your end with Foxfire. I use Windows Internet Explorer and had the same problem.

Thank goodness it's fixed.

Thanks for that Fred. I'll try Firefox again.

Just for reference, this appears to have been a problem with the Network Solutions domain servers which meant the domains weren't being resolved.

We are monitoring in case we need to change DNS servers but hopefully it was just one of those things.
