A client wants to have PDF, XLS, and a PPS files on a CD-ROM which will work with both PCs and on a Mac. If I create a CD-ROM with sub-folders labelled: "PDF" "XLS" and "PPS" will a Mac read them? If yes, when you click within the sub-folder and see the PDF, for example, can they double-click to start the file (assuming they have the Acrobat Reader)?

If I include the Windows EXCEL Reader for XLS files, can the viewer add data? I believe they will NOT be able to make changes to the formulas etc. Is there a different Microsoft Reader for Macs, so I'd have to include both readers in each sub-folder, right?
