Is page curl transition available in PRO 4 SR2.1 Can DW tell us how to create our own transitions?

The page curl is a new feature that is currently exclusive to Presenter and Pro XE. Service releases are intended to fix issues with existing features; not to add new ones.
It is generally not possible to add new transitions to Opus; however, you can add new graduated alpha transitions (like the Flame and Fades transitions). The process is a little involved so I will try to put together some instructions and post them here when I get a free moment.

Thanks for that Duncan. I do hope we can get that curl transition in PRO sometime as it makes e-books look so much more authentic.
