Has anyone experienced an Opus publication crashing with a Windows screensaver. Have a client who has a Toshiba laptop and each time the screensaver comes on while a publication is running on exit of the screensaver the publication would crash.

I know there is a disable screensaver feature, which I will now be implementing in all future versions, but does anyone know of any particular reason it should crash.

As usual with clients, the most I could squeeze out of here was that it's a Windows XP Toshiba Laptop. It would be nice if Opus has an option or variable to pull more system specific details to aid diagnosis of these problems.

Opus: Opus Pro 9
OS: Win 10/64
I never had any problems with Opus publications and screensavers. Since some of my pubs are running on several hundred different machines with no negative feedback, I assume that this is a special problem on this special machine.

It appears to be a graphic driver issue, put as always it is difficult to know as the client isn't very good at computers so my solution was to disable the screensaver.

I suppose it is really a Windows problem, as Windows should automatically update drivers for novice users. Laptops tend to use crappy graphics cards anyway so I assume thats the issue.
