Hi All,
I have been building apps for years using Opus, and I have always found compatibility to be extremely good. And I have never built a publication that didn't work on our 4 systems here (mix of XP, Windows 7 (x64) and Windows 7 (x32).
But recently I have been receiving a few calls from customers with crashes in Windows 7. This is mostly with apps developed in Opus v7. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? As with any customer, pinpointing the issue is next near impossible, when you ask laptop spec and they say: "Windows 7", it isn't a good start.
I was interested to know if anyone else has had issues with Windows 7. with publications crashing.
The error is a Windows 7 error, saying Publication.exe has stopped working. With the Close Program button.
