Hi All,

The system variable SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS is not showing Windows 8.1 or Windows 10?

Is there a plan to update this in the next release?

Thanks, Luke

This may help:

Code:
if (ReadRegistryKey("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion", "CurrentMajorVersionNumber")){
SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS = "Windows 10";
} else {

switch(ReadRegistryKey("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion", "CurrentVersion"))
   {
   case '6.3':
   SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS = "Windows 8.1";
   break;
   case '6.2':
   SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS = "Windows 8";
   break;
   case '6.1':
   SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS = "Windows 7";
   break;
   case '6.0':
   SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS = "Windows Vista";
   break;
   case '5.1':
   SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS = "Windows XP";
   break;
   default:
   SYSTEM_OPERATING_SYS = "Unknown";
   }
}

</mack>
