i want to play the .swf file after some drag and drop tasks. i think i have no choice to show them other then docview.
can i pass the file name runtime to docview. i tried it but it does not work.
it also takes time to load. is there any way to make it seemless.

what are the properties of docview i can use in scripting.

Set the source of the DocView as a variable, then change the variable to point to the required SWF file.

I'm afraid it takes as long as it takes QuickTime to load it - it's out of our hands.

Look at the Browser object in the help - they are basically the same thing but host different ActiveX containers.
