I've found a bug with slideshows and timelines. In a slideshow, if you set transitions to e.g. simple fades (1 sec) with a 3 sec slide delay and then create a timeline and hide the slideshow, the slideshow will not permantly hide - the next slide displays briefly and then disappears and so on. If you take the transitions out, the problem does not happen. Also, it does not happen for all tranisition types.

Has anyone ideas for a workaround for this?

I've just realised that I can use the "stop slideshow" feature to solve my problem - but the bug still seems to be there

Hi balham,

I haven't got Opus open at the moment to check, so just a quick question... Have you got ticked "Exclusive" in the transitions? (as that may be the problem)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention - we will look to resolve this in a future version.
In the meantime, putting the slideshow into a frame and then hiding the frame instead of the slideshow will avoid the problem.

Similar issue, I think...
if I make a button to start a sileshow on a numbered slide then if I use transitions I get a quick flash of slide one before the numbered slide appears. Without transitions I only see the selected slide.
