 Post subject: Installed Folder

OS: Win 7
System: i7 8G ram
Have installed a publication using the wizard but it wont uninstall using add/remove programes. I can delete all the files but when i try to delete the empty folder its says 'cannot read from sourse file or disk.
Any Thoughts
