David,

Here's a sample pub that may help you on your project.

It's the 2nd Page of the pub you're interested in.

Main 1st Button sets the "Start time".
A display shows "running" elapsed time.
2nd Button acts as a Stopwatch, capturing one or more stop times.
Clicking 1st Button again, Resets start time to zero. (curr local time)

(the sample pub's code could be cleaned-up... a few re-edits have left some unneeded pieces around)

You're welcome.

The only thing I might change in the script would be:

if (mySeconds <10)
{
mySeconds = "0" + SYSTEM_TIME_SECOND
}

and similarly with minutes and hours.

Thanks again David,

I added that to the script and it works great.

Hi Denn

Instead of using a loop, you might want to consider using the Variable Changed trigger which can be found in the advanced section of the triggers tab.

I have attached a publication which uses this trigger to call a function checktime. This function contains the same script as the one before i.e. it checks to see whether any of the variables are single digit and adds a zero prefix if needed.
