Thank you very much for all your help.
I am sure you guys are working very hard to give us a patch to fix this problem since it is urgent for all of us. I believe that this fix will be coming very soon...

This issues you have encountered with the Standard Evaluation Dialog are resolved in Service Release 4, which is now available from the following location:
