Hello, I am linking a database with a pub using Pro XE 5.14 my question is related to generating a report. It is possible to generate a report from inside the pub? You can generate a report using Access by creating a report. If I have created the report in access, it is possible to call it from inside my Opus Pub?
Thanking you for your help
German

The post was made over seven days ago and till now no answer.
I am sure a number of us are interested in knowing how this can be achieved.

Opus cannot access reports in databases (I believe there is no standard SQL method for such things and it is a Microsoft Access only system.).

Opus: 8.5/9.0
OS: Windows 7 64-bits, Android 2.1, Android 4.1.2, iOS 7
System: Pentium 7i, 6GB RAM, 750GB HD, DVD-RW (+/-), DV, 3TB EHD, 3D monitor without glasses
You can build a report using variables from the database in combination with html and saving this code as a html-file in the windows temp directory.

Then you can open this file in a browser window in opus and print this file.
You can use cascading style sheets and so on for the file.
It's a lot of coding that depends on the complexity of your your reports, but it is possible this way.

I hope this will help.

Kind regards,
