Hi All

new to the advanced programing of Opus XE 5 - I need a registration page where I can gather relevant info - then have the student log on using the NAME they gave in the registration - the next time they open the program the name they log in with should be checked against the previously gather info

can this be done

I am currently using an email to send this data back to the teacher

so i would still need the info as a VARIABLE

Yes, what you need to do is write the user's data to the registry, database or a text file using a variable. If the user continues the program the data is readily available in the variable.

So the information will be available the next time the users uses the program you need an action that will read the information into a variable from the registry, database or text file into the Opus program.
