 Post subject: Camtasia - Best Output Setting for Opus ?

I've taken the plung and got Camtasia so I can now record my Opus and Powerpoint presentations as video - a great tool it is too.

I wonder though - for a video running within Opus for distribution via CD and running as rendered video...
(It has to be rendered -its to look like its playing on a tv - so is behind a frame)

...what would be the ideal output from camtasia - the video will be 320x240

is WMV the best option - or should I try AVI?

The WMV file is smaller - but which is best for Opus and then distribution?

all advice would be great!
