Database Data loss!!

I have been running the same publication program once or twice a day for the last year. In this pub I have dynamic information which is uploaded to a database. My problem is that since a week ago, my information is not being saved in the database! There was over 800 records in the database when it stopped updating.

I tried republishing the program but the fault still existed.
Only when I emptied my database table back to zero records did it start to update as it should!!

Has anyone else came across this or can you shed some light?

Access 2000 being used on Windows 2000 with opus pro, latest edition.

Is there a error coming up when running in preview mode in Opus?

Hi, I wonder if you have reached the limit set by ACCESS on data you can save on the database.

Thanks for replying German.
I must admit, I am ignorant of any access data limits although my database only consists of 12 or so columns. My file size for the database is only 670kb which doesnt seem excessive.
This has caused me a real headache as the info which hasnt uploaded needs to be available for scrutiny at a later date. Any audit on our production could potentially highlight the missing records. I have since added a further text file log of all records I send to the database, just in case!!

If it is that Opus can only open and write to a database of a limited size (which I dont believe is so) I am going to have to rethink my strategy for our production records.

No there isnt Jim. No errors at all. It is possible to incorporate an error nag screen into the process so that If it happens again, at least I will know about it?

Do you have a connection set up by script or by the action tab in Opus? If you're using scripting you can place a debug action script which shows a script console, maybe you can trace it from there,

Debug.tracePane( PaneName, String )// see help scripting <debug> in opus

I have it set up through the actions tab.

Forgive my ignorance but does anyone know of any data limit levels in access??
