Hi all,

I believe that it is possible to load an image into a publication using the post web data function to read in the image path from a database.

Is this supported in a flex publication? I can do it with text data but have not been able to crack images.

I've seen similar questions to this elsewhere in the forum but not seen any replies hence my post. Is this really such a difficult question or have I not stated it clearly?

My knowledge of Flex (flash) is limited but it I've understood it correctly the images are rendered in the flash footage. If this is the case then I guess it would not be possible to change them by replacing the source image with out re-compiling the flex (flash)

Simply changing the image but keeping the file name and path the same would not work as the image is not dynamic.

I guess I've answered my own question but it would be good if someone could confirm my guess work.
