Is there a way to get the current border colour of a panel?

I can get the appearance object, but I cant work out how to get the actual colour?

I need to do a check to see if:

var colorTest = new RGB(128,0,0);

if (CURRENT_BORDER_COLOR == colorTest)
{
// Do this
}

So I need to match the colours between a colour object I know and the colour of a panel border.

How can I do this?

Zes,

I am confused what you mean by "panel". Do you really mean Publ.Properties>>> Layout Tab>>> Panels?

Otherwise for standard Graphical Objects, you might try searching that 'appearance' command here. I have not ever found any good info on "getting at" the attributes of an existing object that way. The examples seem only geared at changing things via that intermediate object.

If it is an issue that is really key to your pub, you could try emailing DW support after you've exhausted the forum.
