Is it possible to make an application with opus that exports a file like an MP3, XML or flash file?

Ad,

Flash SWF files yes. No, it don't export as xml or mp3 files that I know of.
The only thing I have found so far is that if would not accept ogg audio files and I don't know about the other audio formats. I should also note that it doesn't display the (clock) time expired timer.

Here is a link to a swf file created with Opus:

Thanks Leo for your reaction.
Yes i know, exporting a flash file and use it online or stand alone is not what i mean.

What i like to make is an online application where visitors can put mp3 files on a timeline, and after puting them in the right order, they must be able to export an mp3 of the timeline they made with the separate mp3 pieces.

I could well be wrong about this, but I think I can recall reading that creating and exporting MP3 files runs into restrictive licensing requirements. I use a sophisticated music program which excluded MP3 until I upgraded to the pro version -- where presumably my cost contributed to the developer's licence fee.

I'm sure someone who knows a lot more than I do will correct this.
