Thanks everyone for your help.

The multi-frame idea works really well and has done exactly what I wanted. I have found a few things worth noting:

1) The background video should be set to chromakey for best results

2) When you show the frame action dont use the "show frame" but select each object to show as this results in the video not jumping which seems to occur if you use the show frame option

3) When hiding the frame before showing the next make sure you use the hide frame option and not hiding each object (as in point 2) as this results in a smooth transition

3) When doing transitions make sure that you untick the exclusive option

4) The transition length should not be smaller than 1 second otherwise the video can judder a bit whereas at 1 second and above it is smooth

5) Dont try and have multiple transitions happening at the same time otherwise again the video can judder but if you have one after another it works really well

Their is another odd thing that I cant seem to resolve yet which is that I have set the cursor to none and in the preview it is hidden but when I publish the project the cursor is shown no matter what I seem to do.

I have tested this solution with a 25 frame presentation and a 50mb MOV file on a loop and it is so cool.

Nathan
