Hi

Have a publication where there is a mouse over trigger that I don't want to happen when the page first loads. What I want to do is to move the mouse so it isn't over the button concerned. I've never used scripting, but from searching the forums, it looks as though you can control the mouse position by scripting. If so, my pages are all 1024 by 768 pixels in size, and I want the mouse to be centred horizontally, and at around 600 pixels down vertically. Is there any script I could include to do this, and if so, what would it look like?

Many thanks

In some very basic pubs I've tested in Preview, my mouse pointer does not automatically appear at any certain spot. The mouse will even be outside the OpusPage.

If there is a Text Input box where you've specified the option to "auto focus - for immediate input", the i-beam cursor is set on the input object (but the mouse pointer is not being pulled to a particular point in the pub).

Perhaps post your example?

Why don't you use a variable that is "0" the first time the page loads and after leaving the page changes into "1".
When the page loads again the trigger can be shown.
