I created a PUB that is supposed to when opened COPY Var1.txt to Var2 and then on keypress copy Var1 TO CLipboard

At that point i shoul d be able to just press CTRL V and paste the data......well it doesnt work......ami missing something...

yes it works, I think the problem could be when you open the page you should read the .txt file and load the content you want into a variable.
If the text is not dynamic, just use Set Variable as text (the text you want), and the "Copy Variable to Clipboard" action below it.

Also check the way you wrote the variable, its name.

NOPE....................... doesn't work in my App

I have page set to load Var1.txt to Var1 , then on KeyPress ( F2) it copys Var1 to clipboard now when i click in the Text input box on the web page and press CTRL V it doesnt paste contect of clipboard.............I even open NOTEPAD and pressed CTRL V and it pasted an OLD copy that i had made....

For some reason the copy to clipbaord doesn't happen....


I Put a TEXT box on the page to make sure the VAR1 was displaying the saved information and displays that just fine............I dont know what clipboard its saving too but its not mine LOL
