Given the complexity of both Opus and Windows and the changes to functionality and operation of the latter, I doubt it's possible to give a valid declaration of full compatibility this early in the game.
You might be better off requesting experiences from those who have begun evaluating Opus 8 under Windows 8 and gaining some specifics - such as editions, hardware and aspects checked.
Additionally, if you have a specific subset of requirements that you're using or are necessary for applications developed for your clients, then start testing under a virtual machine environment and then move on to upgrading a physical machine.
I've got W8 Enterprise Evaluation Edition x64 running in Virtual Box and VMWare machines. Opus installs cleanly and loads. I get all the traditional start menu gunk on the new start screen and the 3dness of Opus visually clashes with the new flat Metro interface - but no surprises there. I haven't tested any of the functionality - or put any of our clients' applications through Opus yet.
Once I have done this, I'll drop the evaluation onto one of the physical development machines and check that W8 is compatible with all the hardware and then repeat the Opus checks. If that all works, then I'll upgrade the machine for daily use.
