I need to put a quiz publication on the internet. I have every quiz mounted but working only in pc user.

When publishing to the internet, do not know what else to do. Where to host various ilm files and their html?

Wanted a free hosting. My wife has experience with blogspot, developing sites that work well there.

Some Opus lover managed publications put to work on the internet together with in the blogspot?

Will I need to pay even a server to host these files? With so many tools free sites, I do not know how to charge for a service that clients often has free.

I await suggestions ...

Hi Nilson,

Never had a need for Blogspot, so cannot be specific - but when publishing for the internet - Opus creates a HTML file alongside the ilm. These need to be be uploaded to your web space.

There should be various free web space providers around - I know that my broadband package even comes with free web space for me to host a website if I choose. It normally depends on the technological requirements - such as amount of space, amount of downloading, etc as to what is suitable. If you have one person per day looking at a small website, then free would be good - if you have 20 per day downloading a 100mb flash based site - then you might find it slow or capped and having to pay.

You'll get an FTP address - which is just a folder on a remote computer. You upload your files and have a url that points to that folder - IE http://www.freespace.com/nilson OR you buy a domain name that points to the folder. http://www.nilson.com/

It's worth noting that if you buy web space (normally from a couple of £-pounds per month), you'll get a domain name of your choice included.

If blogspot or similar is required, then I think you need to look at using the code from the HTML file to embed the activeX in the blogspot web page.

Hope it helps a little.

Mack
