Dear All
A question from a newbie +non-programmer.

I would like to create a Win 8 style page with draggable Tiles (see attached image.

Basically I have created a frame and the user can scroll left/right to display tiles that do not appear on the screen.
This works fine.

My problem is how to "auto-arrange" the tiles when they are dragged from one place to another.

How can I "auto-fill" the blank space when a tile moves to another location?
How do I maintain the "spacing" between the tiles to keep the same look and feel when tiles are moved?
Do I need to define a "Drop Zone" for each Tile location within the frame?
Can this be done without scripting/programming?

I have searched the forum thoroughly for ideas and examples...but did not find any
Are there any drag and drop examples that I can reuse to create the above functionality???
Any help is much apprciated.

BTW...this project is for a non-profit organization.
We can pay for the service if needed....but we have a limited budget.
Any offers?

Thanks

Only with programming are you going to achieve this.
Why you need to do this?

Hi JATBorges
I am trying to make a simple image gallery.
The logic of doing this is to enable people to drag the images they like so they are visible when the page is displayed.
The other images will automatically be reordered and will be visible when the user moves the scrollbar.
Thanks for your response
Yours
Pakapaka

You'll have to create a database to provide images names and positions on the page by user.

The drag and drop and automatic reordering will not be easy.
