 Post subject: HTML5 running on IOS/OSX device locally

Opus: Opus Pro 9.75
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
System: Core i7, 16G RAM, Nvidia 640GT (desktop), plus Windows 10 and Android tablets
I am wondering if anyone has tried running an HTML5 pub on an iPhone (or other Apple device) locally? Whether it works in a Safari or other Apple compatible device browser, locally, without being online?

This would also require side-loading on the iPhone which may not be allowed or as easy as it is on Android devices where side-loading can be easily enabled? (http://osxdaily.com/2016/01/12/howto-sideload-apps-iphone-ipad-xcode/

Any information about this appreciated.
