By default Opus has PostWebData, which would need a web server to act as middleman that both applications (phone / PC) connect to for data transfer.
As there are lots of projects that involve connecting Arduino boards to phones, you might also be able to rig this up and then read the Arduino data into Opus using our tool-kit DLL.
