I wonder if there is any way to insert an image in a text box for an HTML5 publication?

Have large amounts of text, illustrated by images, so using text boxes with scrollbars. Would, if possible, prefer to place the illustrative images in the text flow, so inserted inside the text box itself. Then, if new text is added, the image would move down to remain anchored in the same location with the text, as before the addition.

So far, can't think of any way to do this (maybe not possible?).

Any suggestions appreciated.

To a man with a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Why is Opus a must when there must be perfectly good ebook layout and publication software out their?

Hi Mack,

Have actually been using an eBook app, but found that it didn't yet have as comprehensive a set of HTML5 features as Opus. Digital HTML5 publishing, unless wrapping it as ePUB output (no SCORM), is still catching up. However, having said that, will try to stay with an eBook app for this project.

Best Wishes,

Now, you say it, I seem to remember having this discussion before.

I don't think Opus is a good solution for this particular style of e-book. Personally, I would look at either producing the content elsewhere and then adding SCORM coding & packaging manually or producing the content elsewhere and viewing within an Opus shell (ajax or iframe maybe) and then using Opus's SCORM packaging.
