I have made a presentation to show in a Google meet conference.
I can send the programme for people to watch successfully.
Unfortunately my presentation fills my screen and I can't see the participants
in the conference who might wish to speak.
Is there a way to run a presentation in a window (preferable sizeable).
I've tried the settings in properties but I'm not succeeding.

Right click on the publication and select Properties. In the pop-up dialogue, select the the Window tab. In the drop down box that says 'Display Fullscreen' change to 'Display in Window'.

Then right click on a chapter and select properties. Select the 'Pages can be resized...' for both horizontal and vertical. Deselect the maximum and minimum values as required.

The project will now display in a scalable window.

Many thanks again.

I fiddled around for a while and managed to do that yesterday.

But I've copied and stored your advice for future use.

Kind regards
