I'm looking to put a header into my project. Right now I'm adding it every time I publish it, which is error prone (I make a ton of variations to the same publication). Any good place in OPUS I can stick a URL to a script on my server to it gets placed into the header every time I publish the HTML 5 publication?

When you publish, click settings > advanced

Then add the code to either the head or body box to include in the HTML output.
