If you're looking for an official answer, then I'd say no - Opus is no longer updated.

There was a post a while back from somebody that got something to work. Check the search,

Hi, thanks for the response.
I have another question regarding android builds.
I created an android apk and downloaded to my phone. When installing the phone indicated that the app was created for an earlier version of android and may have problems running - it did not.
I then edited the apktool.yml file (Opus Pro dir/Android/Template/, targetSDKVersion to 30 and remade the apk. The phone did not repeat the warning message on this version and it still ran OK. When I opened the apk with Android Studio the manifest indicated that it was targeted at version 30.
Was it really this simple to update the target??
