Hey good peeps

Anyone found a solution to Autofill of usernames and passwords in browsers? I get complaints from our fabulously impatient teenage population that everything basically doesn't happen for them e.g. Chrome doesn't in my experience recognise username and password fields despite naming them as such (the generated HTML is kind of unusual). Users rely on Autofill to remember credentials for them and complain that they can't remember their logins themselves. Wondering whether to add an HTML block for the whole form as a starting point? It's 7pm in Australia and a glass of wine might well be dampening my otherwise mediocre abilities.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Thanks
Dan

I believe you need an actual form element containing the input boxes which Opus cannot do in-house. You could try the Opus HTML5 element through whether this would cause issues with a log in inside an iframe - I don't know.

Had to smile at the young lad in front of me at the supermarket at Christmas - he tapped his card to pay for his shopping and it asked him to use the 'old' method of put it in the machine and enter your pin. Needless to say - he went home without his shopping.

In the words of the late great Jim Steinman - I Remember Everything.

Ha ha, yes. Personally, I've forgotten how much I've forgotten of late.

Thanks for the thunk. I'll have a play with Opus but might just move the login page off the app and onto the supporting website.

Sorry to hi-jack this post, but I thought Opus and the forum had died, so I'm delighted to see there is still some activity and still some users. Last I checked linking to the forum from within Opus, I was directed to a 'Buy this Domain' page, so I thought it had died and gone forever.
