Hi everyone,

is it possible to add a Java Script that automatically starts a visible seconds Counter when the user presses a special button?
(Like a timer app).

And is it also possible to automatically write text, letter by letter (like a typewriter effect), into a text box when the user presses a button?

How would I have to connect these scripts in Opus Pro android App projects to text boxes?

Opus HTML5 / Android scripting is so out-of-date that modern JavaScript examples would break it.

But you could use a Ticker action to control some basic scripting.

It's been a long time since I used Opus but the attached file should illustrated the basic idea.

Do you, or anyone else, know if there's anything like Opus where one can create and export APKs based on HTML5?

Offline and wysiwyg like?

I'm using Atomi's Saola Animate and have been since Opus development ceased. Their ActivePresenter is probably more like Opus but Saola gives me almost pure HTML output with the ability to use JavaScript.

I never used Opus Android option but did mess around with Opus HTML that was converted to an APK using third-party software. This seemed liked a better method and if you can find some (the one I used is discontinued) then any decent HTML software, like above, should work.

It's such a shame that Opus Pro is no longer being developed

I've rummaged through tons of similar programs.
The Opus Pro programmers did an incredibly good and practical job!
