I have a Page with a single Video Object within which I use a variable (<Video>) to determine which of several videos is shown after you click a matching Button. I have one set of VCR controls for this Video object.

When I first Published, nothing happened when I clicked any of the Buttons. I copied the correct MPG files into the Pub sub directory, and it works perfectly.

I am wondering if there's a way to have those videos included within the EXE file, rather than have them "exposed" in the directory? What about if I use the Resource Manager and Addl Publication files?

Hey Fred

Here's how.

Go to Publication Properties >> Additional Resources

Add your video resources

Give each one an alias like myvideo_1 myvideo_2 ect...

Create a button to call the first video and add this script

====================

Video = "myvideo_1"

====================
