Is there any way to set the period of evaluation to a number of hours, or a number of times used - preferably one use?

Also, is there available anywhere a simple description of how to apply this feature? The help files appear to have it all there but would seem to require some hours of intensive study if any sense is to be made of them - and the sample evaluation publication is just as 'dense' as the help files.

Getting tetchy in my old age :shock:

If it's the same in 5.5 as 6.0 then;

1. Right click on the main publication icon (the green book)
2. Select properties.
3. Select the security tab - if it's hidden use the left / right arrows on the far right side.
4. Select the evaluation box.
5. change the counter to 1
6. change the drop down in to days to time out.
