Hi, in Opus Pro 6.4 I'm producing a presentation where the presenter can fill in the customer's name and company name in a utility screen, so that these appear at the start of the presentation.

I've got the text going in to variables, and being written to disk files in c:temp. This works fine.

Now the presenter wants to insert the customer's logo as well.

I'm thinking that the easiest way would be to tell the presenter that the customer's logo must always fit in a whilte box, 200 x 200, called customer_logo.jpg in c:/temp.

Two questions:

1: What do I type in the image path so that it always looks for the image in c:/temp?

2: Can I be cleverer than this, and allow the presenter to choose a file on his pc to appear in the image placeholder? If so, how?

Thanks, Linda

Yes, the latter is possible and easy.

Just add a file browse action. Store the result in variable and use this for the image path.

If memory serves then you need to enclose the variable name in the image path in <> brackets.

Brilliant - that works fine.

Many thanks, Linda
