I usually work with illuminatus but there's some trouble with text. When I write something the cursor become slow as if in the snap grid way.
How can I do to make the work faster?
Thank you

It helps us to respond to questions like this if you provided:

1. The version of Opus which you are using and
2. Details of your operating system

You can do this on every post by going into your profile and efiting the "Signature"

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

The text engine in 2.81 versions of Opus can become sluggish when working on pages containing large numbers of objects or previewing a page which have several animations or transitions occuring at the same time. This problem could also indicate a lack of available system resources and I would recommend disabling any unnecessary background services or applications which may be consuming RAM and processor time to see if this improves the responsiveness of the text object.

As you may be aware, the 04 versions of Opus feature a completely-new text engine which is much more efficient and responsive. I would therefore recommend downloading the 30-day evaluation version of Opus Presenter 04 or Opus Pro 04 to try this out for yourself.

Kind regards,
