 Post subject: send a text document by e-mail OPUS PRO XE 2.81

I use the 2.81 opus pro XE. I try to send a text document (.txt) by e-mail. the e-mail adress is store in a variable like "mail" but i don't find the method to send this document automatically.
Somehone can help me, or explain me the routine ?
